We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for targeted advertising. We may share information with:
- Service providers: our website hosting provider; our email service, which delivers contact-form messages to us; and Google Analytics, which processes site-usage data on our behalf. These providers handle information only to provide services to us.
- Legal compliance: when required by law, subpoena, or court order, or to protect our rights, property, or the safety of others.
- Business transfers: if the business is sold or transferred, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

7.1 Texas residents (TDPSA)
If you are a Texas resident, the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act gives you the right to access, correct, delete, and obtain a portable copy of your personal data, and to opt out of any processing of your personal data for targeted advertising, the sale of personal data, or profiling. We do not sell personal data, use it for targeted advertising, or profile you. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details in Section 12. We will respond within 45 days.
7.2 Residents of other states
Residents of other U.S. states with comprehensive privacy laws may have similar rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of their personal data, and to opt out of sale or targeted advertising. We honor these requests on the same basis described above.
8. Data Retention
- Contact-form submissions and related emails: retained for up to 24 months unless ongoing communication continues;
- Google Analytics data: retained per our Google Analytics configuration (commonly 14 months);
- Security logs: retained per our security plugin's default (typically 30 days) for abuse detection.

Our website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
