Lion's RV Park and Cabin

PARK RULES AND REGULATIONS

All RV's & pets are subject to approval by management in an effort to provide a clean, pleasing environment for all our guests. All monthly camper units must be self contained.
Check in by 11am or call the manager. Check out time is 12:00 noon.
There is no lifeguard on duty, children (under 18) are never to be left unattended in the park and never near the lake without adult supervision.
All pets are to be kept on a leash while outside. This is for the protection of your pets as well as out other guests. REMEMEBER! There are wild animals in the woods!
Pop-up or soft sided tent trailers are limited to a 1 week stay.
Please - No Formeldahyde in toilets.Â Biodegradable tank treatments only.
No water or sewer leaks. If a leak is detected it must be repaired immediately.
Washing dishes or laundry in the shower room is not permitted.
Site - 20' X 50' are private -Â other park areas for every camper's use.
2 Autos/pick-ups allowed per site.
Please do not park on empty sites.
Driving/Parking on Graveled lot only - Except Cabin Renters park behind cabins. UTILITY TRAILERS park with permission from manager.
No aggressive dogs.
All dogs on a leash while in the park (There are 20 acres at the back of the park for exercising your dogs)Â Dogs by manager permission.
Dogs are not to bark and annoy neighbors.. ...2 pet limit.
Poop:Â Pick up and dispose.
No tree climbing. No Shooting.
Music and TV - inside home only.
No construction work or auto repair is allowed on the premises. This includes oil changes and remodeling of RV's.
Washers/Dryers:Â $2.00 per load.
No visible laundry hung out at your site.
Trash:Â Please flatten boxes and bag garbage
BBQ: Pavilion available for all park residents - 4 STYLESÂ grills!!
Alcoholic Beverages:Â at your site and in home only.
NO Riding ATV's and Bikes in the park.
Park speed limit is 5mph.
Lake:Â No swimming. Clean fish at sink near lake and throw "cleanings" into lake. Fishing is for residents and their guests enjoyment only.
Pedal Boat:Â All campers must wear Flotation Jacket.Â Anyone under 18 must have a parent or guardian with them.
Stakes/Rods driven into the ground around sites must be approved by management prior to use - Electrical wiring and piping is underground, any and all damages due to staking will be charged to the guest.
All fees are day to day - we are goverened by the same laws that govern hotels and motels. (Section 30.05 and 31.04 of the Texas penal code) All prices are based on double occupancy.Â Extra occupants overnight $5.00 per person.
Anyone asked to leave forfiets any deposits, prepaid or discounted daily fees.

30/50 amp service w/ full hook-ups $32.00 plus tax ($32. with discount incl tax)

Each additional person per night $5.00

WEEKLY RATES

50/30 amp service w/ full hook-ups $160.00

Each additional person per night $5.00

MONTHLY RATES

COVERED RV SITES 30/50 amp w/full hook-up $450.00

NON COVERED 30/50 amp service w/ full hook-ups $325.00

Each additional guest per night $5.00 per night.

$100.00 deposit Â electric service - balance refund upon leaving

Occupancy is based on 2 people per site per night.

ADDITIONAL FEES

$5.00 per night surcharge for RV's 36' and over.

$25.00 for washing your RV (must use nozzle with shut-off)

$50.00 Pet deposit or for amp converter (refundable)

$100. charged for any ruptured water hose - Check yours!

Park PSI runs over 100. Use a metal pressure regulator !

Campers charged $100 if hose ruptures - water cost

CabinsÂ - 17 & 18 19 & 20 Â ALL BILLS PD.

Monthly Cabins 2 people max

$80 per day - 2 day minimum

Federal Holiday weekends - 3 day minimum
